Cheese, carrot and oat biscuits

  • 150 g Oats
  • 100g chedder cheese
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 egg
  • 50g olive oil
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs

Method

  1. Combine all, put in 18cm greased and lined square tin.
  2. Bake at 180 C for 40 mins until golden.
  3. Cut into slices. Leave in tin until cold.
